New Look; New Members; New Vacation Home Exchanges - March, 22 2010

We've got a new look to the website, but our purpose remains the same: to help luxury homeowners swap their homes for some great vacation home exchanges.
I hope you like the new website design, and I think it displays our member's luxury homes in a great light. Check out some of our newest members to see where they wish to trade.

Tip of the month for Vacation Home Exchange:
Play up any local festivals or events that may be happening in or nearby your town in your 'location description' field on your listing.
This gives other members some great ideas for vacations. For example, maybe there is an annual 'Stomp the Grapes' in your wine region. Perhaps there is a 'Kite Flying Festival' nearby, or a big fishing or golf tournament. You get the idea...
Remember, most luxury home exchange members are looking to use your luxury abode as a jumping off point to really explore a new area, by living in the area, meeting the people who live there, and enjoying and experiencing the new culture- if only for a vacation.
