Exclusive Exchanges Luxury Home Exchanging - February, 2 2008

Tips on Navigating our Luxury Home Exchange website: Many of our members have inquired as to why they have to login to the site to read their message box. My reply is that when I designed Exclusive Exchanges, I was very well aware of the current uproar over the increasing amount of spam being sent to all of our mailboxes.  Therefore, rather than allowing anyone access to your email address, all communications about home exchanging for vacations on our site occurs in the self-contained email system on the website. No other luxury home exchange member will ever get access to your email account, unless, of course, you wish to release it to them.  Many of our home exchange members do eventually exchange email addresses and telephone numbers when they are in the process of setting up an vacation exchange.  So, while it certainly is more time-consuming to login to the site to check your messages, we are quite serious about protecting you from the ever-increasing spammers.  Should anyone ever request your email address right away, regard such a request with suspicion. Only when you are sure that you are are on your way to setting up a luxury home exchange should you feel comfortable enough to release your email address to others. Also, please report any suspicious activity to me immediately, as we have had to threaten legal action already to protect our member's privacy.
