Luxury Fractional Exchanges and ExclusiveExchanges - June, 12 2009

We are pleased to announce our partnership with a new vacation home exchange program, Luxury Fractional Exchanges (LFE). Previously only available to large fractional resorts, LFE brings a first-class exchange program to the growing number of stand-alone, single-family fractional vacation homes. Now every fractional owner can leverage their vacation home investment and trade weeks with other owners worldwide.

Exclusive Exchanges is proud to be affiliated with this Luxury Fractional Exchange company, and we have arranged a dual membership for their members so that they can communicate and exchange with homes in both programs. That means that LFE members will have immediate access to the Exclusive Exchanges network of over 1,700 luxury homes, and Exclusive Exchanges members will be able to exchange with the increasing number of luxury fractionals listing on the Luxury Fractional Exchange.

Vacation home exchange programs have been growing in popularity and make sense for the vacation homeowner. They allow owners to travel the world without ever having to pay for lodging. The Luxury Fractional Exchange system is specifically designed for the fractional home owner, making it easy for them to search, identify, and exchange fractional properties. Exclusive Exchanges members will be able to arrange an exchange with luxury fractional owners during the weeks that their deeded interest provides them in their luxury property. As the luxury fractional properties are second homes, non-simultaneous exchanges are easy to arrange and fit with member's varying travel schedules.
