Not too late for that Holiday Vacation Exchange - December, 1 2009

Even early December isn't too late to set up a holiday exchange. As most of our home exchange member's luxury properties are second or vacation homes, it is easy to slip in and enjoy a week in their house, and offer a week in your luxury home at a later date. Called 'banking' a home, this non-simultaneous way of exchanging makes it much easier for members to arrange home swaps, as the travel does not have to be completed at the very same time.

Why not trade your ski home for a warm clime this holiday? Or exchange your bustling metro property for a countryside winter wonderland!
