Planning For Those June-August Vacation Swaps - March, 10 2010

February and March are great times to start planning for those June-August luxury home swaps.  An easy way to see who wishes to come to your destination is to do a 'reverse search' on our website. Simply enter in your destination, and the system will search for those members who've listed your location as one of their 'desired destinations'.  So, if you have a property in Paris for example, you could enter in Paris and see what the search turns up. You can also try a search with France as the keyword.
If any of the members properties in the search interest you, you now a very good candidate for an exchange offer!
Don't forget that most of our members have listed 'open to offers' so don't hesitate to tempt them with your home exchange offer. Play up your location's attractions, including any seasonal event that may not be commonly known. Include attractions within a days drive, as many home exchangers use their homes away from home as a launching pad to explore your part of the world.
