Description of Location:

My house is perfectly positioned in the hills of Santa Barbara which provides for an amazing view of the downtown area, as well as a magnificant view of the Pacific. We are located only 10 minutes from both the downtown area and the beach. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet with wonderful and unique estates. Many of which have been featured in magazines. Friendly neighbors too. :)
